3. Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version governs to the extent permitted by mandatory local law.
Article 1. Scope
This Policy applies to Premium subscriptions, one-time reports, and other paid digital products offered by Saju KKINI through Google Play. Product name, price, billing interval, contents, and material terms are those displayed in the app and Google Play purchase screen at purchase.
Article 2. Purchase Age
Paid subscriptions and one-time products in Korea are generally available only to Members aged 19 or older. Outside Korea, Members aged 18 or older may purchase only if they meet local age and legal-capacity requirements and Google Play rules. Higher local ages or additional consent requirements apply where required.
Article 3. Payment
Paid digital products in the Android app generally use Google Play in-app billing. Saju KKINI does not directly store full payment-card details, but may process order, transaction, and purchase-verification information from Google Play to confirm purchase status and deliver products.
Article 4. Paid Products
Paid products may include Premium subscriptions, one-time personalized reports, and other digital products separately identified on the purchase screen.
Article 5. Information Before Purchase
Before purchase, the Service displays the product and principal contents, price, billing period, renewal status, subscription management and cancellation method, access period after cancellation, delivery method, any withdrawal or refund limitation, and other material terms required by law.
Article 6. Premium Renewal
Premium may renew automatically at the billing interval shown in Google Play unless the Member cancels it. Price or material subscription changes may require notice or consent under applicable law and Google Play procedures.
Article 7. Cancelling Premium
Members can manage or cancel Premium through Google Play subscription management, which is linked from the app. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Article 8. Access After Cancellation
After cancellation, paid benefits generally remain available through the end of the current paid period and further renewal charges stop. Cancellation does not itself mean an automatic refund of the current period. Different local law or Google Play rules take precedence.
Article 9. Subscription Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed under applicable law, Google Play refund and order tools, actual use, whether the Service was supplied, duplicate charges, and system errors. Unless expressly promised, not every cancellation receives an automatic prorated refund. A full or partial refund may be provided where Google Play or applicable law permits it.
Article 10. Nature of One-Time Reports
A one-time report is personalized digital content based on information supplied by the Member and the Service’s analysis process. Its nature, delivery method, and any withdrawal limitation are shown before purchase.
Article 11. Withdrawal for One-Time Reports
If delivery has not begun, withdrawal or refund requests are handled under applicable law and Google Play rules. After delivery of personalized digital content begins, withdrawal for a simple change of mind may be limited to the extent permitted by law. Any limitation is clearly disclosed before purchase with required examples, previews, or equivalent measures. Merely opening a report does not remove every statutory right.
Article 12. Subjective Dissatisfaction and Defects
A difference in interpretation, writing style, preference, or subjective expectation does not by itself constitute an objective defect. The Service separately reviews material omission of purchased core content, non-delivery after payment, access failure caused by a system error, delivery of the wrong product, material inconsistency with the advertised or contracted product, and other defects or Service fault recognized by law. Appropriate remedies may include correction, regeneration, redelivery, restoration of access, or a full or partial refund.
Article 13. Google Play Refunds
Google Play may process refund requests directly under its policies and applicable law. When a refund is completed, access or related benefits may be recovered or adjusted to match the refunded amount.
Article 14. Points and Refunds
If a purchase or partner transaction that awarded points is cancelled or refunded, those points may be recovered. If some were already used, the balance may be reasonably adjusted after transaction and point status are reviewed.
Article 15. Account Deletion and Subscription
Deleting a Saju KKINI account and cancelling a Google Play subscription are separate procedures. Members must check and, if necessary, cancel Premium in Google Play before deleting the account. After deletion, account-based access may be unavailable even if a paid period remains.
Article 16. Local Consumer Rights
This Policy does not limit mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, refund, immediate termination, prorated refund, or other statutory rights provided by local consumer law, e-commerce law, or Google Play regional policies. In the EEA, the United Kingdom, and some other regions, rights may depend on express consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgment of any resulting loss of withdrawal rights. Material purchase terms should be localized where reasonably possible.
