2. Terms of Service
This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version governs to the extent permitted by mandatory local law.
Article 1. Purpose
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Saju KKINI saju analysis, meal recommendations, records, reports, points, advertising, partnership features, and related services, together with the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the operator.
Article 2. Definitions
- “Service” means the Saju KKINI application and its related features.
- “User” means a person aged 18 or older who uses the Service, whether registered or not.
- “Member” means a person who creates a Saju KKINI account and uses the Service under these Terms.
- “Guest” means a person who uses available features without an account.
- “Data Subject” means the person to whom birth, allergy, food, meal, or other information entered by a Member actually relates.
- “Premium” means a paid subscription that may renew automatically at the billing interval shown at purchase.
- “One-time Report” means personalized digital content supplied through an individual purchase.
- “Points” means non-cash Service benefits issued through rewards, events, or partnerships.
Article 3. Effect and Changes
These Terms take effect when a User agrees to them during registration, purchase, or another process requiring consent. The operator may amend them within applicable law and will give legally required advance notice of material changes.
Translations are intended to communicate the same content. If meanings differ, the Korean version is the interpretive reference unless mandatory law in the User’s place of residence or transaction provides stronger protection. Language support does not guarantee that registration, payment, AI, advertising, or every feature is available in every country. Availability may differ by local law, platform policies, external provider coverage, and regulatory requirements.
Article 4. Age and Registration
The Service, including guest use, is available only to persons aged 18 or older. Users must provide truthful eligibility information and must not use another person’s information or account to bypass age restrictions. Violations may result in reasonable access restrictions.
Article 5. Paid Purchases in Korea
Paid subscriptions and one-time products in Korea are generally offered only to Members aged 19 or older, unless a lawful minor-purchase process is separately provided. Outside Korea, Users must satisfy the age and legal-capacity rules applicable in their region and those of Google Play. Higher local age limits or additional consent requirements take precedence.
Article 6. Use for Another Person
An adult Member may use recommendations or analysis for themselves or, where lawfully authorized, for a family member or another person. That person does not thereby become a Member or User. The Member must have lawful authority to provide and process the information. Information concerning a child under 14 may require verified consent from a legal representative under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Article 7. Account Management
Members must take reasonable care to prevent unauthorized account use and should complete any required verification or support process after suspected unauthorized access. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for intent or gross negligence.
Article 8. Service Features
The Service may provide all or part of the following: saju and personalized analysis; meal recommendations; meal and lifestyle records; allergy and excluded-food handling; region-aware recommendations; AI analysis; personalized reports; Premium; one-time reports; points, attendance, roulette, and rewards; advertising and partner links; notifications; and related features.
Article 9. User-Provided Information
Users may enter information needed for the Service. Inaccurate or incomplete information may change results. Users must not enter another person’s data without authority or submit unnecessary sensitive, unlawful, or infringing information. Allergy information collected as a formal feature is processed only after the separate sensitive-data consent described in the Privacy Policy.
Article 10. Record Storage and Account Linking
Meal and lifestyle records created by Guests and unpaid Members are stored locally on the device and are not automatically synchronized to the server. Records created while Premium is active are linked to the account and synchronized to the server. When guest records exist at login, the User may choose whether to continue using them as local records for that account; they are never assigned automatically without a choice. Local records are not automatically used for server reports or cumulative personalization and may be lost if the app is removed or the device changes.
Article 11. AI and Automated Analysis
The Service may use generative AI and automated analysis for recommendations, saju interpretations, and reports. Results are reference information based on User input and Service-generated analysis. Wording, structure, or details may vary even for similar input. A result differing from personal taste or subjective expectations is not by itself an objective defect. Material omissions, non-delivery, inability to access due to a system error, delivery of the wrong product, or material inconsistency with the purchase description will be separately reviewed and remedied as appropriate.
Article 12. Meal Recommendations and Allergies
Meal recommendations assist food selection and are not medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical or nutrition therapy. The Service makes reasonable efforts to exclude registered allergens, but ingredients and preparation environments may differ by restaurant, manufacturer, or cook, and cross-contact, undisclosed ingredients, or recipe changes may be outside the Service’s knowledge. Users with serious food allergies must verify ingredients, labels, and preparation conditions with the actual provider before eating.
Article 13. Region-Aware Recommendations
The Service may use the registered country or region to adjust foods that are difficult to obtain and to reflect local food culture and Service availability. It does not guarantee that any particular food is sold or purchasable in that region.
Article 14. Reports
The Service may provide one-time and Premium reports. Their contents, issue criteria, use conditions, and access conditions are those shown before purchase or in the in-app issuance information. Changes to operating details will respect existing paid contracts and applicable law.
Article 15. Paid Services and Payment
Paid digital products in the Android app generally use Google Play Billing. Price, contents, billing period, renewal, major limitations, and other material transaction terms are shown before purchase. See the Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy for details.
Article 16. Premium
Premium may renew automatically at the interval shown at purchase. Before purchase, Members can review price, billing period, renewal, principal benefits, cancellation method, access period, and material refund conditions. Cancelling through Google Play generally stops the next renewal while benefits remain available through the paid period, unless local law or Google Play rules provide otherwise.
Article 17. Points and Rewards
Points are issued after the stated conditions are met and the Service verifies completion. Merely opening an external link does not guarantee a reward. Points may be cancelled, recovered, or adjusted for cancellations, refunds, duplicates, manipulation, fraud, or system errors. Free points cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred unless expressly stated and expire upon permanent account deletion.
Article 18. Advertising and Partnerships
The Service may provide rewarded ads, general ads, benefits, and partner links. Transactions and data processing by an independent external seller or provider are governed by that provider’s policies. This does not exclude Saju KKINI’s responsibility where it is the contracting party or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Article 19. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not misuse another person’s account, bypass age limits, manipulate the Service, payments, points, or rewards, access servers abnormally, create false or duplicate transactions, disrupt operation, collect, copy, or resell data without authority, infringe privacy or intellectual property, or violate law. Reasonable restrictions or reward recovery may follow according to the seriousness of a violation.
Article 20. Changes, Maintenance, and Suspension
The operator may change or temporarily suspend parts of the Service for improvement, security, maintenance, external outages, technical reasons, or operational necessity. Material changes affecting paid core services or User rights will receive the notice and remedies required by law and the purchase terms.
Article 21. Intellectual Property
Rights in the app, design, logo, brand, software, systems, and operator-created content belong to the operator or lawful rightsholder. A lawfully supplied personal report may be viewed and stored for personal use. The Service or content may not be copied, resold, redistributed, or used in another commercial service without permission.
Article 22. Scope of Liability
The operator makes reasonable efforts to provide a stable Service. Events beyond reasonable control—including natural disasters, network failures, device problems, and Google Play or external-provider outages—may be considered to the extent permitted by law. The effect of inaccurate User input may also be considered. Nothing excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer protections.
Article 23. Account Deletion and Google Play Subscription
Deleting a Saju KKINI account and cancelling a Google Play subscription are separate procedures. Members must check and, if necessary, cancel the subscription in Google Play before deleting the account. The deletion screen provides the subscription-management route and important cautions.
Article 24. Contact
For Service, account, payment, or privacy inquiries: n.director@noonsaju.com
Article 25. Governing Law and Disputes
Korean law governs disputes relating to the Service, without excluding mandatory consumer or privacy rights in the User’s place of residence or transaction. Unresolved disputes are subject to the competent court under applicable procedural law, unless mandatory local law grants another venue or dispute-resolution right.
